Exploring a new perspective on high performance
On 5 May, we hosted an INNER EDGE corporate session at the ING office with 15 participants, exploring the intersection of wellbeing, self-awareness, and sustainable performance.
A key part of the session was the CORE experience, led by Dr. Raj Hegde, where participants engaged in a guided meditation while observing real-time insights into their stress and recovery patterns. The experience highlighted how meditation is increasingly being understood through measurable science, offering a practical perspective on wellbeing and performance.
The discussion also explored the realities of working in diverse, high-performing teams, including navigating different cultures, perspectives, and ways of working. Together, we examined a broader approach to performance—one that goes beyond short-term results and focuses on building more sustainable and resilient ways of working within teams.
This session at ING formed part of our ongoing effort to create spaces where organisations can explore practical approaches to wellbeing and high performance in today’s work environments.
