Groningen Workshop
Exploring conscious living through Yoga, Meditation and Reflection
We recently hosted a morning workshop in Groningen, bringing together 25 participants for a program focused on yoga, meditation, and reflection.
The morning began with a yoga session led by certified practitioner Mrs. Sweta, followed by a discussion with Dr. Raj on unlayering the different frames through which we experience life.
Participants also took part in the CORE guided meditation experience, using our patented device to observe real-time insights into their internal states while exploring conscious living through meditation.
The workshop concluded with a vegan lunch and a short mantra meditation (kirtan), providing an opportunity for connection and reflection.
Gatherings like these are helping bring together a community of people eager to learn, reflect, and explore practical tools for personal growth. We look forward to many more such events in the months ahead.
